  • I am a proud Laredo native with a deep commitment to serving the community that raised me. My path to physical therapy began through athletics and injury—experiences that shaped my passion for helping others heal, move, and feel at home in their bodies again.

I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UT Health San Antonio. After practicing for a few years I pursued and completed an advanced Women’s Health Physical Therapy residency with Baylor Scott & White and Texas Woman’s University. During this 14-month intensive program, I welcomed my first son—a life-changing experience that deepened my empathy and strengthened the way I care for patients navigating pelvic, postpartum, and deeply personal health concerns.

Today, I specialize in treating women and men with pelvic floor dysfunction, including bladder, bowel, and sexual health concerns, as well as individuals recovering from breast and pelvic cancer treatment. At Renova, care is thoughtful, evidence-based, and deeply tailored to you. My goal is for every patient to feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their healing process.

If you’ve been told your symptoms are “normal,” or you’ve been living with discomfort longer than you should, you don’t have to navigate this alone. I’m here to help you move forward—stronger, more confident, and truly supported.

Is internal pelvic floor treatment required?

Internal assessment or treatment is never mandatory. Any treatment approach is discussed thoroughly and guided by your comfort level and goals. Nothing is done without your consent, and your comfort and privacy are always prioritized.
